The X27 series features a 250 Lbs Per Bar weight-tested capacity, and the 2 bars hold up to 500lbs (3 bars hold up to 750lbs) when racks are properly installed and weight is distributed evenly. The Protective Rubber Covers on both upright clamps prevent metallic friction on the rain gutters, which can also further reduce the chance of rusting. This unit is Powder-coated with weather-resistant paint, built to work and last.

The side rope hook design provides an easy tie-down point for ropes and hooks, making object carrying more convenient. The unique Three-bolt Lock design makes it compatible with most van rain gutters, keeping the stability for the loads while being easy to install and uninstall.

The extendable design of the X27 series makes it compatible with different van roof widths, ranging from a minimum of 47 1/2" to a maximum of 59 3/4". The X27-T features an Adjustable Middle Bar design, which fits the new model van with uneven roofs and has an adjustable range of 28.5 mm, making it universal to most cargo vans.

The Protective Rubber Covers on both upright clamps of the X27-T prevent metallic friction on the rain gutters, further reducing the chance of rusting. The X27-T also comes with six Adjustable Ladder Stoppers (two for each bar), providing convenience and security for multiple ladder carrying.

The adjustable middle square bar of the X27-T is built with a thickness of 1.5mm steel, and 2mm actual thickness of steel plates are used on both side mounting bases. The Oval Shape design of the upright clamps is Height-reduced (less than 11" when installed), which not only prevents water leakage and improves wind noise problems but also makes your vehicle more accessible to most height restrictions.
