The Ambient Weather EZ-30-12 Mounting Pole Kit provides a stable weather station mounting solution, ideal for vertical wall, chimney, eave, or fence installations. The support bracket acts as a third leg on the bottom assembly, increasing overall stability. The slender design is simple, unobtrusive, and aesthetically pleasing, compatible with most weather stations.

Constructed with rust-proof 10-steel tubing and galvanized using the Flo-Coat (zinc-chromate polymer) process, this mounting system is strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant. It can be mounted on vertical surfaces with a width of 8 inches or greater.

Regarding placement, the wind gauge should be mounted four times the distance of the differential height of the tallest obstruction. Temperature sensors should be installed at least 5 feet away from any radiation source, such as a building or the ground.

The kit includes the following components: (1) support brace, (4) 12-inch mounting assemblies, (5) lag screws, and (3) 14 x 1.25-inch (diameter) masts. The fully assembled height is 35 inches.
